For the love of Tea

My Favourite Drink in all the World!

I have only ever drunk tea, no coffee ever. I love to try different flavours and brands and I certainly have my favourites.

I start my day with a Yorkshire Tea as I have my early morning quiet time reading the bible and a devotional.

For Mother's Day this year I was treated to a delicious tea made by a NZ company called T2.

My Aunty knitted me this sweet little tea cosy.

Mother's Day Flowers from my husband.

Another tea I like to drink is one my husband gave me for Christmas and is delicious with fruit cake or gingerbread cake.

I do like to drink peppermint tea as well, a couple of times a day, as I find it really refreshing, especially if I have over indulged in sweets! In the summer we grow our own peppermint leaves in an old tub and it just kind of does its own thing. It tastes so much better than a lot of store brought tea.

I also like this black tea that my Dad brought back from Vietnam last year when he visited there for a missions trip.

I hope you can find some time in the coming days and weeks to sit and find some quiet while you sip tea. I hope we can all go forward in this time and remember the quieter and slower days of lockdown and continue to seek out and enjoy a more quiet and simpler life.

Blessings to you,
Fiona
