Life during Lockdown... Part 2
Welcome.
Isn't it lovely to be able to have any reason to bake and know that there are plenty of mouths to feed and taste your delicious treats.
It was coming into Autumn at the beginning of lockdown and although our weather has been beautifully mild, there is always a sense of slowing down and preparing for the cooler months coming. I love autumn. The changing leaves and the cool crisp mornings.

Here is a sample of some of our baking during lockdown.
One of our dogs turned 4 years old during lockdown so for a bit of fun we baked a cake to celebrate. Yorkshire Tea is my favourite black tea.
Pumpkin soup and cornmeal muffins for lunch.
Our annual Easter Chocolate cake.
Anzac biscuits baked by my youngest son for Anzac Day.
Bread for lunch.
Hummingbird Cake for Mother's Day. We had this for afternoon tea. I adapted this recipe from Martha Stewart's Cupcake book.
Pizza Pinwheels for lunch.
Raspberry and Chocolate muffins.
Have a blessed week,
Fiona
